I can't login to my Allure portal account

Allure usernames are CASE-SENSITIVE. Be sure to check your welcome email and use the exact case shown there (the best bet is simply to copy&paste the account username shown in the welcome email).


If you're sure you've got the username correct, click the Forgot Password link on the portal login page and reset your password. 


If that fails as well, open a ticket by sending email to support@alluresecurity.com
